I used this company twice, initially in 2020 then again in 2022. We had flush casement windows throughout,  at the time not many companies offered this product. Nav came out to take the order, really knowledgeable and professional.  The windows were fitted and we had many passer bys knock and ask where they were from. The fitters were on time,  courteous and did a great job.
We had a delay in finishing on our end but Hi Spec accommodated us and sent the fitters when requested.
I am really surprised to read the negative reviews as they are completely contrary to my experience and service.

We had another company later fit windows to our extension through the builders. The awful job they did made Hi Specs work stand out as the best standard for us.

Requested a quote and fitting of 4 new windows in my grandmothers house. Nav was on time and extremely professional in providing me a competitive quote. Windows supplied and fitted were exactly as I wanted them and modern. There was a slight wait for the manufacture/delivery of windows but on the day of fitting, the team fitting them were brilliant - arrived bright and early and just got on with the job with no fuss and even tidied up after themselves. I recommend high spec windows because their things are with good quality and the person S.P that did our job did not let us down. The person that did the job is named S.P He’s highly qualified and he does neat and clean work I highly recommend for mr S.P. I can give 5 star to Mr S.P because his work is highly neat and clean work
